We understand that you value your time and how you spend it. American Heartland would like to provide you with an easy to maintain home and yard enabling you to spend less maintaining and more time retaining quality time with family and friends. Here are some ideas to eliminate home maintenance and gain more personal freedom.

- Advantages of Hardy Plank siding is that it comes pre-primed and ready to paint. The surface of hardy plank accepts paint really well making it extremely easy to paint after it is installed. It does not get much easier than that, oh wait! It does. Hardy Plank now even comes pre-painted! Just thinking about that makes me feel lazy. There are many different colors for you to choose from when looking for siding. Hardy Plank is impermeable to water. With Hardy or Aluminum siding you do not have to worry about your siding rotting, molding, and becoming brittle, corroding, or mildewing. As apposed to a real wood that will rot. Unlike wood, Aluminum Siding does not rot either. Replacing old siding with new maintenance free products like aluminum siding and Hardy Plank will set you free.

- Natural stone siding is perhaps the most attractive and appreciated siding material available. Natural stone comes in an amazing variety of colors and textures. Stone looks great when combined with other materials and is often used as accent with lesser expensive siding. Stone is incredibly durable and like brick typically lasts the life of the building. Stone requires very little maintenance and if a repair is needed it will likely be the mortar and not the stone that is in need.
